Change part 2

Where to start?

So from the last post I wrote about how my sleeping pattern is out completely. Well that hasn't changed, I think I'm going to try and make myself shattered today. Get all those little jobs done, even tho I may not have the up and go.

I have also noticed my caffeine intake is s a tad high eg: Coffee, tea, fizzy drinks, chocolate. Also I seem to be back on sugar and for me that's not good. My diet use to be high fat and low carb - which also was low sugar. It's to do with the carbs and the hidden sugars.

I also want to work on my confidence too. But that's an post I think..
