Change part 1

Hello. 
I know I'm online rather late at night it's 3:20am, yes I know! I'm not sure what is causing me to not go to bed at a decent time. It could be the fact my mind goes into over drive with craft projects or it's the fact I have so many shows and programmes I have recorded on sky box during the day, I'm busy at night once everyone as gone to bed. Trying to clear them from the box. Also I notice since October when the clocks change this started happening. I would like to get back to go to bed at 11pm not 1am, 2am, or 3am.....

I know this isn't good on my health, wellbeing, my mind. 

I don't want to keep going this way
I am the only one who can change this, right?

Now my rant is over I'm going to see if I can get some sleep
